IAB published recently an article in Lekárska genetika a diagnostika, professional educational medium in the field of genetics and diagnostics, the magazine published in cooperation with the Slovak Society of Medical Genetics. Our article was awarded to be a main topic of the first edition in 2024. The article is focused on protocol optimization of the rapid whole-genome sequencing providing highquality data with subsequent annotation of priority variants using the AI software tool Emedgene.
